Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING: 

Please be advised that your order will require a processing time of 7 to 10 business days before it can be shipped out. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

RETURNS: 

Return requests must be initiated within seven days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within seven days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY:

To ensure prompt resolution and minimize any inconvenience for all parties involved, it is highly recommended that claims regarding missing packages be initiated within three days after the delivery confirmation to qualify for a replacement.
